Service Description
Our Kickboxing classes for ages 12 and above are designed to develop strength, fitness, technique, and confidence in a structured and motivating environment. Suitable for beginners through to more experienced students, sessions focus on fundamental and advanced striking techniques, combinations, footwork, defensive skills, and conditioning drills. Kickboxing is a high-energy full-body workout that helps improve endurance, coordination, agility, and mental resilience. Training includes pad work, partner drills, and controlled technical sparring (where appropriate), always under the guidance of experienced coaches who prioritise safety and progression. Alongside physical development, students build discipline, focus, respect, and self-confidence, making it an excellent choice for both fitness and personal growth. Whether the goal is to get fit, learn self-defence, or progress into more advanced training, these classes provide a strong foundation in a supportive team environment.
